This an in person Birth Doula Training diving deep into how to hold the container of birth, along with studying the 4 pillars of doula support: Education, Physical (hands on), Advocacy, and Emotional support.

Taught over the course of 4 full days in Longmont, Colorado.

Training modalities include: Participation in live lectures with Haley and additional guest lecturers on the ins-and-outs of working with mamas in this transformative time.

Doula Training: You will learn about pregnancy and birth support, how to conduct client visits, hands-on labor support, how to resource your clients, how to manage your life and schedule as a doula, and MORE!

A book list and manual will be provided for the course and will help you stay resourced as you set up your doula practice and your business as a doula.

Training as a birth doula will not only equip you with an incredible amount of knowledge to support pregnant and birthing mamas, but you'll also leave set up to build a successful business. One of the hardest parts of becoming a doula is finding consistent clients. We will spend additional time looking at the ins and outs of running a successful doula business.

Additionally, many doula trainings do not address how to manage your life as a doula. We will dive deep into how to not only build your business but also the body (your body) to hold it all. This includes managing an on-call schedule, nervous system support, daily practice rituals, building community...all of the things that are typically only learned after years of practicing (or maybe not at all!)

2025 Dates:

July 17-20th. All sessions will start at 9am and end at 4pm.

• Attendance of all live class days July 17th-20th, 2025 in Longmont, CO

• Completion of all assignments, readings, and manual work

• Completion of a Birth Education class (1 day or less commitment). We have recommendations and will share with participants during training *post-training certification requirement

• Completion of a Breastfeeding Course (3hr commitment). We have recommendations and will share at training. *post-training certification requirement

• Complete the required reading:​​ You will be given a reading list.

• Support 3 births (2 can be shadowing an already trained doula).

*After completion of training, you will be provided with a list of requirements in order to submit for each certification.
